BRIEF: Man pleads guilty plea to child porn

Source: The Times Leader, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.文件倉Oct. 24--WILKES-BARRE -- A Luzerne man faces a minimum of five years in prison for his guilty plea Wednesday in federal court to child pornography charges.The plea followed the June indictment against Michael Shaw, 38, of Bennett Street. He pleaded guilty to receiving and distributing child pornography and admitted he traded and downloaded images on a computer between 2012 and June 5, according to U.S. Attorney Peter Smith.Luzerne County detectives initially charged Shaw in June after investigating a tip that a computer at his residence was used in a sexually e存倉plicit chat with a young boy.
